Goals provide a compass for our businesses and enable us to celebrate when we succeed. Goals also help tie teams together with a common purpose.
Surprisingly, many business leaders cannot articulate a clear set of goals. Accountants should get clear on their own goals AND help their clients set goals. Goal-setting lays the foundation for strong (advisory) business relationships.
